Yup, MK11 standard edition + the Ultimate add-on bundle is the same as MK11 Ultimate, so you would be getting everything and saving 40 dollars. That being said, there are a few skins and gear pieces that are not included, and the only way to get them is by the in-game premium store, but still, 20 bucks for a game + its full story mode + 13 DLC
