Sédri Jul 7, 2014 @ 8:59am. The nexus mod manager is the closest thing you can get for a Workshop. All you need to do is download the mod through the manager and then activate it. Download this mod, and unpack it. 1. Open your New Vegas install folder, then find and open the Data folder. 2. Drag the contents of NVRNG.rar into the Data folder. 3. Make sure NVRandomizer.esp is at the bottom of your mod manager's load order. 4. Remember to start a new game!

Well, we are normally trying to help, but when it comes to problems regarding outside of the game engine's internal limitations and game content, it usually comes down if someone has any experience in IT or just in that field of Windows troubleshooting.
